Going to go back to Ireland in September to play a series of shows with my old partner Malkum Gibson!!! Malkum and I recorded our first album way back in 1970 on Bluestime Records, produced by the late, great BB King. We toured Ireland a couple of times back around the dawn of the new Millennium in 2000 and 2001, and we are returning to play the Black Stairs Blues Festival September 8,9 and 10. I’ll be back to post all the gigs shortly.
It’s been a busy summer, the band with Brian Hobbs and Bobby G. continues to smoke, we’ve got one more show left until I leave for Ireland. Lots of solo shows left as well.
